Pat Sharp presented his first daytime show for BBC Radio 1 when he was just 20 years old, back in 1982. Ater a year on air, plus numerous Top of the Pops appearances, he went on to host mid-mornings at Capital FM London. Along the way, he picked up a gold Sony award whilst also notching up five hit singles and raising £300,000 for charity as part of the infamous Stock Aitken Waterman duo ‘Pat and Mick’.

He has also hosted afternoons across the UK on Smooth Radio and then at Greatest Hits Radio, and he currently broadcasts nationally at Heart 80s from Global in Leicester Square. His radio shows have also been broadcast on BFBS for troops worldwide, along with in-flight entertainment aboard Swissair and Virgin.

On television, Pat hosted the iconic ITV show FunHouse for more than a decade, along with other shows including What’s Up Doc and The Gala Opening of Euro Disney. He was also the pioneer host of Sky’s first pop video shows Skytrax which was shown across 28 countries.

Other TV credits include The Weakest Link (which he won), Come Dine With Me, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Ready Steady Cook, Eggheads, The Wheel, Pointless Celebrities, Coach Trip, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Mastermind, and Through the Keyhole.

With more than 40 years of experience in live TV, radio, corporate hosting, and DJing, he still attracting more fans both old and young, and has a large, dedicated social media following of over 100,000.
