seminal bands like Nirvana and Rage Against The Machine, Jo solidified her status as a tastemaker in

Her move to BBC Radio 1 in 1993 marked another milestone, where she
co-presented ‘The Evening Session’ with Steve Lamacq before landing her own daytime show four
years later. Jo currently presents the 19:30 slot weekdays on BBC Radio 2, where her warm and
